CEO - Founding member of the company, Eva Ambrose has been a Company Executive for 19 years. Eva  is the “E” in ESJ Freight Management. She along with her daughter and late husband Jake founded the company in 1986. She has worked diligently to build the company from a small brokerage to a multidimensional logistics firm and still oversees the day to day operations of ESJ in coordination with her daughter.
 

Sandra

Executive President - Sandra Ambrose was also a founding member of ESJ Freight Management, along with her mother and father. Sandra is the “S” in ESJ. Sandra’s many talents have helped ESJ become the rising star in transportation and traffic management in the mid-west. Besides being a successful President within ESJ, Sandra has also been a successful published Author on the topic of “Marketing” with Prentice Hall and has traveled extensively conducting seminars in related fields.
 

Sashseem

Sashseem Judge Roth – Sashseem or Sheem as everyone calls her came into this business from a legal position.  It didn’t take long for her to get adjusted though and as time prevailed her true nature as a problem solver became apparent. Ten years later she is now the Vice President of Operations and additionally deals with Marketing and Sales. Randy

Randell Clark – Randell has been involved in the transportation business in some form or another for roughly ten years. Beginning in Brokerage he ended up on the other end of the spectrum and has become a pre-eminent force within ESJ Carrier. From the beginning he has worked within ESJ to keep our primary goal in focus at all times, to be a company who delivers great customer service to our clients while never compromising our ethics.    Randell holds certification from The Institute of Logistical Management

Glenn Perry – Glenn has had an illustrious history with ESJ and has been a primary reason for the staggering amount of growth during his 11 year tenure with the company. Glenn came to ESJ with a wealth of experience in other industries. He has gained experience in transportation the old fashioned way, in the trenches. Today Glenn leads the Brokerage Dispatch Department to even greater heights by inspiring his team to put customer service first.

Woody Smith – Woody heads up our Accounting Department. He has been with the company for 10 years and ensures the timely payment of our Partner-Carriers and the processing of financial transactions throughout ESJ.

Jeff Stirrat - In any company there are those invaluable employee’s that which without their commitment a loss would be felt, Jeff is that person in ESJ Carrier Dispatch. Jeff has been with ESJ for 5 years and any of our drivers would tell you that he is an instrumental part of their daily lives and is indispensable to the ESJ Carrier Customer Service.

Fred Jones – Fred began his transportation career behind the wheel of a truck. He now works on the other side of the phone giving valuable information to our own Carrier-Partners. Fred has become vital to ESJ Brokerage. His knowledge and expertise both behind the wheel and in the Dispatch office has become essential.

Rick comes to ESJ from a varied background which included stints in both the service industry and Banking/Finance. He is the newest and youngest member of ESJ and under the guidance and tutelage of the many transportation experts at ESJ, has become an excellent dispatcher and an important member of the ESJ team.

Jamie Montgomery started his career behind the wheel of a truck. He has worked for ESJ driving a truck for over 5 years now and decided to try dispatch for a change. He is a natural and our carrier-partners enjoy working with him because he knows what it's like on the road. He is a valuable asset to the ESJ team on the road and in the office.

Holly is our off-site Logistics Coordinator. She works for our customers on-site to help maximize their transportation dollars. Holly comes to ESJ with a diverse background in computer programming and youth ministry. She enjoys working with client companies to help them achieve their logistics goals. 
  

Renee

Renee comes to ESJ after a lifetime in the trucking industry, for her transportation was literally a family matter as she grew up in the business.  Renee’s parents owned “William Pott and Sons” and Renee, beginning at 18, grew within the company until her parents retired and closed the business.  Renee’s reputation of diligence and excellent customer service preceded her, she is an expert in her field and we are proud to have her as a member of the ESJ team.
